We provide PPO plans offered through Geisinger with varying deductibles for inpatient & outpatient services, primary care, specialist services and prescription copays.

Life Insurance
This coverage provides eligible employees with life insurance up to $20,000 at no cost through Mutual of Omaha.
Tuition Reimbursement/Scholarships
Centre Care provides scholarship opportunities for CNA to LPN and for LPN to RN. We also offer tuition reimbursement.
403(b) Retirement Program
Centre Care provides a match of $.25 on every $1.00 up to 5% for those that contribute to their 403 (b) through The Standard.

This program provides up to three (3) no cost professional counseling services for personal and family concerns. Short Term Disability is covered by Centre Care.
