I have worked at Centre Care for over 13 years. I have three main reasons for continuing to work here. I enjoy my coworkers, they are like a second family. I am very pleased to work with Dr. Shannon and Xenia, their medical care and compassion is second to none. Lastly, but most importantly, I love our residents. I enjoy taking care of them and providing them support.

For 13 years, I have worked at Centre Care and I think it is a great place to work because the staff are very well supported. We had a fundraiser for a staff member whose family is experiencing a difficult situation, and everyone turned out to help, it was very successful on relatively short notice. Everyone encounters difficulties at some time and it is comforting to know that your employer and coworkers will step up to help in any way they can. I've also learned this through my own experiences. It’s one of the things that makes me happy to come to work every day and be a part of a great organization.
